Our checkout page is in a secured area (nobody can access your personal information - only Headline Record's employees are authorized to check confidential information).
- Headline Records website is secure - any information that you input about yourself is all encrypted and is only accessible by Head Line Records. All information is stored in a secure location.
- Make sure all information inputed when you "Checkout" is correct - we do not take any responsibility when input mistakes are made. If you do make a mistake email us as soon as possible with all of your correct information (Full name, address, email and phone).
- We use AVS (Address Verification Secured) for all credit card transactions. That means, if the address that you entered on the site does not match the billing address of the credit card, we cannot send the order.
- OPTIONAL: Most of our records are in very limited supply. In the checkout you have the ability to add a comment. Feel free to list any secondary / alternative choices in case we are out of stock on any item that is in your order.
- We only charge for products that we ship. This means that is something is out of stock we do not charge your credit card.
- You want want to place an order through our website, but you want to pay by cash, check or money order the following information is for you:
- Step 1: Place the items that you would like to purchase in your shopping cart.
- Step 2: Start the checkout process and enter your personal information.
- Step 3: In the credit card input field type: 1111111111111111 for the credit card number and 12/2005 for the expiration date.
- Step 4: In the comment section of the checkout process, type your method of payment (cash, money order, etc). Usually you will get a confirmation of your order when it is received by our server. IMPORTANT: Before you send your payment, we have to give you the real amount of your order. This receipt with be sent to your email address and processing usually takes 1 day. Please do not send any payments before you receive the final amount.
- Step 5: When you receive your final estimate in your email, please send payment withing 24 hours. Products will only be reserved for 48 hours after the order is placed (no exception) - For flakes, next time pay with a credit card.
- IMPORTANT: International transactions (outside USA), we can ask you at any time for documentation about your identity (ID or passport). Unfortunately, "Punk" thieves are using credit cards too!!!
- We don't reserve stuff - everything is on a first come, first serve basis
- We no longer take orders over the phone, but you can use any of the methods below to place an order
